QC Moto are the most petty people I’ve ever dealt with! Wouldn’t sell me a stator the the general public because I deal with SXS assassins. A local small engine shop. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them! Got told the part was in. Went to pick it up after leaving work to go grab it, and they wouldn’t sell it to me!
Customer service is not good!
qc moto is a joke and services needs to learn to do their job. the give u a time frame and every week after that I called and would be told when it should be done. every time past that I got another one. 2 months down the road they say they dont know when they will have it done. would of been nice to know that from the start so I could have not wasted my time and had a bike this summer.. recomend you try to get your stuff worked on anywere but here.. literally the place is a joke
QC could refund the $79 diagnostic fee that caused $400 in damage to my banshee when they drilled my flywheel and didnt tell me. Thanks for admitting fault but only $350 refund is not enough.

I found a used bike there on a Saturday I was really interested in I tried to get financing and they acted like they tried hard to finance me but after I sat in store for 3 hours with no progress they said they would call me Monday I waited Monday no call so I called them they said they where still looking so I called them back again Tuesday and there financial guy was on break and they said they would call me back when he returned I still didn’t get no call back Wednesday went by with no call. I purchased my 2018 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx there. Brittany, the sales person, was beyond helpful. I can’t say enough good about her! (Give her a pay raise!) The entire staff was super friendly and treated me like we were all life-long friends! Everyone, from the maintenance crew to the store manager, was so helpful and took their time with helping me through the sales process. This dealership is an example of how all dealerships should be ran! They will have ALL my business in the future. Thanks everybody!
I've purchased a motorcycle from them about 4 years ago, and the process couldnt have been any easier. after getting hit on my bike, pretty much all my gear was done for. Thankfully, QC Moto and Logan were there to help. I needed some new boots. Considering I got lucky and didn't have any broken bones, I was still concerned how my ankles felt.
