Bought my bike from these people and I love my new 2013 r1... my friend wrecked it and they are working with me very well despite my many calls and bothering them about diffrent things they always awnser all my questions and assure me of any of my worrys will be taken care of
It's too bad this is the only place local that represents Yamaha and KTM. I've had nothing but poor experiences with everyone in the service department, and every parts guy I've talked to really lacks the proper knowledge to make good recommendations. I will say for the most part everyone at the front counter is friendly. Too bad they also can't be knowledgeable!
