I went there for a simple mani and pedi today and walked out pissed!!!! The lady was soooo unbelievably rude, first she took a chunk out of my heel when she was razoring my feet which is still very sore. She cut my fingernails way too short she didn't even ask how short I wanted her to go, thank goodness my nails grow quick. She filed my nails and didn't get rid of the grit before she applied the polish. That was also a joke I have red nail polish on my cuticles and fingers. My girlfriend and I went to get our nails done, and she called ahead of time and they said it would be an hour until someone's ready. We showed up in an hour, and we weren't seeing until another hour later. They didn't even talk to anyone or let them know where they were in line. Terrible service.

Poor service, questionable cleanliness. If you expect them to speak to you, you will be disappointed because they only LOUDLY speak Mandarin (or whatever) to each other.

I love Sam! I've been trying to find someone closer to me because I moved but I just can't find someone who is as fast and efficient and he is! The other folks, are slightly different. He's good at what he does!

Very disappointed today. I have been getting my nails done here for 2 years and always was very well taken care of. Then today very poor service the man didn't do at all what I wanted not sure if I will return.
