I’ve always raved about this place but I just had a crappy manicure..i kept telling him I needed soaking and cuticle trimming and he kept telling me I don’t need it..then didn’t even get a massage at the end 🙄I think they were in a hurry to close! The pedicure was top notch though which was done by a different nail tech!

literally everything about this experience was horrible.. I used to love this nail salon.. until my most recent experience, I didnt not received what I asked for then I was over charge. I asked for acrylic recieved gel.. the powder was put on before trimming nails causing cracks.. the product was old and goopy..the nails are not even, there is bubbles and nail dust it the finished product. the nail artist put the wrong size nail on and had to tear it off.. nothing was done in the correct order and I have had my nails done th... read more
After less than 24 hours my polish came off from a manicure and my cousin shellac on a fill in chipped completely off on numerous nails. We both returned at separate times to get them fixed and were treated like garbage. I had everyone in there basically accuse me of lying and kept looking at me and talking out loud about me to where I could hear it. I'm here every two weeks or so, and I see Gwen she is the only one I let do my nails she's absolutely amazing. she is very artistic when it comes to doing my nails I give her my hands and let her do whatever she wants to do always turn out amazing.
I had a new set of nails put on at Q2 Nails last Saturday, and within days they started lifting. I have never had this issue at other places. I went back today to have them fix them and I was told that I was a liar and that it had been two weeks since I had them done and just needed a fill. I was told this by the owner(the lady). I got up and left. She is a very rude and unprofessional lady. I will NEVER go back to this place nor will I recommend them to anyone.
