Went in today to see if they could repair a Kendra Scott necklace I damaged. Took about a minute and they didn’t charge me. It was wonderful. My family has taken several watches in for service and have never been disappointed
You will not find a more honest jeweler. I took a watch in to get repaired and was planning on paying close to 300 based on other estimates. I was very surprised when the owner said I did not need the work that the others were stating. He could have easily charged me close to 300.00 but all it cost was 55.00 to fix. I will not buy my jewelry or get repairs done anywhere else.
I took in jewelry to be refashioned into a new ring. It turned out beautifully. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and service.
