They do a horrible job at coloring. 4 hours later hair is yellow and was supposed to be a foil but ended up as an all around color😡
my appointment was with Que at 1pm. I was told she was running late. someone else did my pedi and I was told she would do my design and manicure. At 1:45 she was still chatting away about pics and looking at others pics no nail work being done on the person in her chair. I asked if she was going to be much longer. she sent Kevyn over to do my pathetic design who appeared to rich because her 2pm appt was there. I paid $65 for a service a barely recieved! Don't see Katie!!!! When I got back to the chair for my pedi, the water was scolding hot! So she obviously didn't check it before I put my feet in. My legs were a little prickly because I didn't want to shave since i'll be in a wedding this Saturday and I'll be doing it then. So then she proceeded to make fun of my prickly legs.
