Not bad but could've been better. Not but a few hours after I got home there's a chip in the top coat of one of my nails and I noticed another was filed crooked. Most of all what bothered me was that she cut my thumb using the drill on my cuticle and didn't say anything about it and then I showed a simple inspo photo of what I wanted and I even asked for a different vase color cuz I knew the one she was using wasn't going to be what I wanted and she still used it insisting it was going to be exactly like the photo. I love Q-Nails!!! I drive over from Menifee to go here. After moving up here from San Diego it was hard to find a really good nail spot. Romeo does my nails perfect every time and Cindy does the best pedicures! Everyone there is great and super friendly!!! I've been going only here for about 3 yrs now.

Romeo and Tim are my top picks for nails. They are very professional and care about their clients & services. I had issues in the past where one of their workers cut me in multiple places along my nails during cuticle cutting & filing. I told her multiple times and then told their planner. They made sure I wasn't seen by her again due to my preferences. Overall, this place is very considerate if you communicate with them amicably. Each individual there has a specialty.
