WORST NAIL PLACE. Have had my nails for 3 days and 3 have snapped off. I always have my nails done and they NEVER break. Went here because a friend vouched for them but I will not set you up for failure. They use the least amount of dip on your nails as possible and they aren’t even smooth, they are bumpy and not even all the same shape. I had to have her fix a few nails since they didn’t match...multiple times. She also cut my actual nails so I had to pay for a tip, when I don’t need that. A HUGE waste of money here. until today I have always had great service. I'm not sure if it was just a rough day or they were rushed to get more customers in with the new restrictions. when I made appt, I asked for most expensive pedi, I even mentioned it when i got there. instead I got the basic. I also got tips/dip powder. After getting home and looking closer there are spots that almost look chipped already, and the nails are not smooth. The lady slipped with the filing tool and I have a small spot on side of finger that is sore.

I absolutely love q nails. I loved these two when they were at vn nails. Every time I come in I get nothing but friendly timely service they always remember you and conversation while they work! I will always come here!!!
The employees are amazing...we stumbled upon this place while going for lunch and decided to stop. It’s so clean and reasonably priced. The employees are so sweet and talk to you in conversations and laughter. Our new to go place.
I get pedicures on a regular basis here. I've always had a good experience till today. She couldn't wait to rush me thru, did not lotion or massage my legs like the others do. in fact ladies that were started before me were still in the chairs when I was done. She did a bad job on top of it! Very disappointed. if I get her again, I'll probably walk out!
