After 20 years of going to this dentist- I was told that because I refused a scaling treatment (which causes panic attacks and loss of work time for me) they would not give me a simple teeth cleaning. And I was to leave. Ridiculous. Just ridiculous. Very unhappy with the “bully” attitude. They have tried to convince me to do other procedures which I know don’t work for me. Not impressed...two weeks ago had a 7a, first appointment of the day, and they were somehow already almost a half hour behind. Today's appointment was again at 7a, as I have a job, and as I go to check in at about 6:50, I am told my Dentist called out sick and the office DID try to call me to save me coming to the office. I checked my phone because i had not gotten any calls. They literally called at 6:37a. That is NOT notice, that is BS. My 8 year old was there today feburary 19th and while he was getting xrays he began to gag and got upset and had tears in his eyes. The hygienist who was working with him got nasty and said to him how old are you. He said 8 and she said to him i think you got the age wrong i think its 2 and she was nasty and rough. i wouldent take my dog to that woman she should be a garbage collector not a hygienist working with children!!!!!!!! I love the vibe at this location and I would recommend this location all the others. All the staff are super nice and actually listen to your concerns.
I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was friendly and professional. Overall a good visit, no cavities!
Most rude and unorganized office staff around. I hoped it would have gotten better since Western Dental took over but I guess not..Save yourself some time....
