Left IT band has been tight/numb/tingling for 20 years. I've had chiropractors work on it, dozens and dozens of massages, acupuncture, you name it, I tried it. Karla released it in one, two hour session. Could use a couple more visits but this is the first time in 20 years I have no discomfort or feeling of pulling on my leg. Karla is a true healer, deeply caring and compassionate. She is booked out 2 months in advance for a very good reason. Surprised she doesn't have more reviews, she deserves far more visibility.
One of the best discoveries I made this year was myofacial release massage and the connection chronic pain has with dysfunctional fascia. I had shoulder pain that radiated to my neck, chest and back and caused numbness and tingling in my hand for a year and a half that did not respond to any other treatment.
