Thanks for the generous (NOT) half slab of ribs. And the $4 up charge for my two meat platter. So, three ribs plus a sliced up link of sausage for $20. Won't be back anytime soon especially for carry out when I can't eye the portions upon delivery.

Went for the Friends and Family Opening. The food was amazing! Loved the Papa Q Platter. We were able to sample of the meats and 2 sides and the corn bread! The service and atmosphere were very welcoming and friendly. We can't wait to go back and make this our new favorite "date night" place!
Posted this to the page for the Schererville Indiana location.The moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the PaPa Q platter, which was a sample of all their meats. Everything I tried out of it was an impressive flavor. I was surprised how much I love the turkey, not usually a smoked poultry fan. My husband loved the wings and sausage (I don't eat either of those). The ribs were as good as I've had. The sides, our only regret was we didn't order more of the mashed, so packed full of flavor.... read more
The ribs were very good, mashed potatoes and gravy is the bomb....
Got a carry-out order at the Schererville store and it was horrible. The burnt ends already had a sauce on them as did the ribs (why do you offer sauces when you already put some on?). I got the brussel sprouts and they were so over cooked they were soft and the outer leaves were dry like paper. My macaroni had hardly any cheese sauce on it. I was the first customer that day and I swear I got left-overs from the day before. Also way over priced. I ate what I could and tossed the rest VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
No manager skills at all! Made two of my orders wrong for my 130$ order and they told me to pick it up!...wtf

I started going there from a reference from the staff at the Apple Store in Naperville, IL. I went by myself and I liked a lot. Then, visited the restaurant again a month later and the food was as good as before. Then, I took my family to Q-BBQ for a family meal and the whole family felt in love with the food, great staff, and friendly atmosphere.
