Great food!-ribs & burnt ends are juicy & tender Great staff!-always friendly & helpful! Great patio!-perfect spot in downtown LaGrange!
Just got back from qBBQ. Had a great meal and great dining experience. My dogs Cozi and Princess Carolrose were welcomed on the patio for dining-a very dog friendly environment.
If I could could give a no star review I would. My daughter with Epilepsy has a service dog we received through Make A Wish. Upon going inside the restaurant tonight. We were told by a girl by the name of Gia that we had to eat outside. When we asked to speak to the manager by the name of Lori and explained to her our experience, she didn't even apologize and just explained to us that her employee was shaken up. So sad. Loved the food! Great BBQ. Great atmosphere and staff.
By far my favorite BBQ......My Fathers Day meal every year since they've been open! However...I place my order for Fathers Day this year....but now you can no longer get a 2nd Meat, or a taste when you get A full slab of Ribs........VERY disappointed! Apparently you can't get either of those with the Rib Meal now.
Had a problem at naperville location. The customer service I got when I reported this was fantastic. They rectified the situation right away. Will be giving them another chance.
Oh Q, what happened to you? We were avid fans of both the LaGrange and Naperville locations. Ate at both for years, but then we moved slightly out of the area. After about a year away, we returned to the Naperville location very excited. What in the world happened to the Burnt Ends?!? We were the first customers of the day and it came out luke warm.
