Only lived in a gut rehab done by pyramid property solutions a few months and already had flooding due to lazy and cheap work and found a few other bonus code violations that were hidden during our home inspection
Vicky who works here is by far the laziest and least professional property manager I’ve ever met. She consistently does not make repairs and will do whatever she can to get out of sending someone to do home repairs. She refused to eliminate black mold and lied to us straight to our faces. She is a truly evil woman who has taken advantage of tenants her whole life.
They made an offer on my house and then never contacted me again. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of them but they ghosted me instead of having the decency to xontcon me back. Very unprofessional if you ask me
