Honestly great medical team but the receptionist when I made the booking despite asking me if I had health insurance and me saying yes, did not care to mention that they are not a Medibank provider, so ended up for 2 kids paying 237$ out of pocket that would’ve been free for a clean and a check, I’m really upset, we pay private health and deserve to be covered, too busy to check every practice, this information should be given to people when they book! Never back again
This dental clinic has been a lifesaver for my child with disabilities. We have done 3 monthly visits and worked our way up from getting in the chair through to today when they were able to actually polish her teeth with the tools. The team were so patient and calm, working with her to learn about the tools, not pushing any harder than she could manage each time. I would highly recommend them to any parent, especially those who have children with disabilities.
My son recently had a procedure under general anaesthetic with Dr PY, from the start to finish it was a smooth process. All the staff were informative and caring. The nurses caring for our son during the process (specifically Chelsea) were absolutely amazing. We felt so at ease. It was a positive experience for Levi and we are so grateful for them. We would recommend 100% to visit the team at Kids Dental and My Braces for all your dentistry needs
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. P.Y. and the team. They were extremely patient and handled my child with such care. Because of their gentle approach, my child isn't scared to see the doctor anymore. Truly grateful for such a kid-friendly team!
I have had two children fitted with braces from PY and one of the children had to have surgery for a ball injury and extraction of a baby tooth that didn’t want to fall out. My son is a reluctant dental patient and has just had his braces removed and fitted with his retainer. All staff from receptionist to dentist and assistants have been wonderful and very professional.
