My son had dental surgery at PY Lai yesterday and I couldn’t fault the experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and reassuring. A special thank you to nurse Chelsea—she was absolutely incredible. Her compassion and care stood out in every way. She’s a true asset to the team!
Very good Doctor and the entire hospital care
Thank you to Dr P.Y. Lai and his team for taking such good care of my daughter. Dental work for a 5 year old is nerve wracking at the best of times, let alone under General Anaesthetic. They supported her from the moment she walked in the door and kept her nerves at bay and kept me updated the whole way through. She now has positive memories from the day and while still recovering, hasn't been left afraid of the dentist. Thankyou for everything.
Our daughter has a genetic tooth condition. We booked in originally with a local dentist, they took one look in her mouth and said they weren't confident to treat her and referred us straight on to Dr. P Y Lai and his team. She needed extensive work done (almost 3hrs under general anaesthetic). The team did and amazing job and are very good at what they do. Our daughters teeth look amazing and are hopefully protected now until her adult teeth come through.
Dr Lai is very very good. Had my nephew there for major dental surgery, procedure and recovery were both very smooth. Cannot thank the team enough.
