They messed up my oil change which resulted in the loss of 2 quarts of oil in my driveway. I went in to get it “fixed”. They were rough with my vehicle. When I got home I noticed that washer fluid was dripping from my car. I took it back in, and they denied having anything to do with it, and assured me that there was no problem. I didn’t read the reviews before I took my wife’s car there, I wish I had. After driving downtown, we pulled into a parking garage and all we could hear was scraping from under the car. Turns out they didn’t screw on a panel underneath the car, it was dragging the whole time. After stopping at a dealer they informed us a shield that covers the front/oil filter area was missing, PX2 failed to install this piece after the oil was changed. Terrible Terrible never would go back. Three minute oil change did not check tire pressure did not fill washer fluid hopefully they put the right oil in.
I had my oil change done and was not happy. $65 and I was driving away in less than 10 minutes. Normally I would be excited about this, but since they only did half of what they were supposed to do, this frustrated me. The checklist on the receipt shows they did these items. Don't you think I would notice if they washed my windows? Checked my wiper blades? Added wiper fluid? I will just hope that I don't have oil on my garage floor tomorrow morning. I will not be going back.
When I first went there, they were great. Then the next time I went for an oil change, there was an entire new crew. So unfriendly and on one oil change they didn't put the drain plug back correctly, so I was leaking oil. Glad my coworker noticed it. Worst oil change place I've been to. Lets leave it at that.
Was wondering why there was oil all over my epoxy garage floor and I checked my wife's oil filter and I could tighten it 4 turns by hand.. $75 for an oil change and you would think they would tighten a filter to proper specs AVOID THIS PLACE
I don't know if there has been a recent change in ownership but had a disappointing experience at my last visit to this location. I have been going here for years and the previous owner or manager used to run across M24 to Advanced Auto Parts for a premium oil filter and felt he had a sincere customer care quality. My latest visit, the technician left a trail of oil across the top of my engine, spilled washer fluid down the side of my car, and had a very cocky, don't give a $hit attitude. Mike from Px2 did an outstanding job. Told us we had one more oil change before air cleaner needed to be replaced. We will be back! They Rock!
