Went there on Friday November 15th, asked them to make sure they grease my front end during the oil change and the guy responds “yes sir that is a part of the service!” My front end starts squeaking and guess what? They didn’t even touch my front end!
On 02/25/2019, I had an oil change at this location. Synthetic oil and oil filter totaling $92.18. Just this month, my vehicle was making unusual noises and just not running correctly. After a $134.83 diagnosic test, I was told that my car did not have any oil in it. It was so low that the dipstick could not detect the presence of oil. I do not have an oil leak, which was also verified at the dealership. I was treated respectfully, they did a phenomenal job on my car, and even pointed out a few things I didn’t know needed to be done. What an amazing experience!
