Ordered a replacement Peachtree door lock on 5/25/24. I installed it on 5/29 only to find out I was missing the outside handle. Called and spoke to Wayne. He requested pictures of the lock installed with the missing handle. I sent a follow up email a week later about my replacement part and received no reply. I left phone messages for Wayne on 6/11, 6/13 and 6/18. Spoke with a very nice lady on 6/18 who said she would email Wayne to have him give me a call. I didn’t deal with the owner (saw one of the reviews and was a bit leery), but Jodi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She walked me through everything I needed and suggested a couple of ways that if I change the order it would be more cost-effective for me (buying entire pieces, and cutting them myself etc.). I added another item the next day, and she ran around to make sure that it got put in the same order to save on shipping. I could not have had a better purchasing experience.
