My wife is super happy with her new Crosstrek. Let's just say she is not the easiest person to deal with, she changed her mind probably at least 10 times and Carl Watts was patient and found her a car she loves. Subaru of Puyallup had the greatest prices and everyone we came across was so friendly! I love my new Subaru and I was so thankful that Kimberlee C. helped me pick my perfect car. She went above and beyond on my test drive showing me all the cool new features my car had. She new the best roads to take for each feature (down hill, freeway, parking, etc.) She even made an appointment with me for a week later so I could come in if I had any questions. I just bought a new Impreza from Kimberlee Cade at Puyallup. I live in Bellingham but the price and the service were the best there. Although I don't usually write reviews, my experience was so fantastic that I wanted to share it. Kimberlee was efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. There was none of the 'gaminess' that so often accompanies buying a car. I requested a price, she met it, and that was that. All of the staff there were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Puyallup Subaru!
Very friendly service by Andrew. Went there with the intention of looking at a Subaru but wound up falling in love with a GMC Acadia. Appreciate the work to get the numbers in my ballpark. Will definitely return for future purchases !
First, I will say that I was hesitant about purchasing from this dealership. I have heard some negative comments, but decided that I would make that judgement for myself and I'm glad I did. I bought a Subaru a week or two ago and was so pleased with the vehicle I bought. Kimberlee Cade knew what I was looking for and she showed me what was on the lot. You had the exact vehicle I needed. She had me test drive it and it was perfect. She did the sale and it went so smooth. She took care of everything. I like dealing with Subaru of Puyallup and I know they have genuine people working there. Very well trained people.
I live in Seattle and had visited a number of dealerships in the area, searching for a Forester equipped as I wanted. I found a 2017 Subaru Forester on Subaru of Puyallup web site. It matched my wish list exactly, including an excellent price. I called Subaru of Puyallup salesman, Dave Warmack.
