I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. We received excellent customer support throughout the process. Primarily from Dima, who gave us an extended test drive allowing us to test steep inclines and stretch that required (allowed) rapid acceleration. I was a little wary going in to buy a new car. My sales person, Jerry, could not have been nicer. He showed me all of the car features on a great test drive and answered every question I could think of. He even stopped me at the end and said to make absolute sure that this was the car for me. Had been searching for a WRX STI for a while and chose to head to Subaru of Puyallup because they had a good inventory of new and used to test, I was very pleased with the sales staff: Helmut, Dima and Judy they were happy to spend hours with us driving the various cars I never felt pressured as they spent their time answering my questions they were all very professional as well as quick with the purchasing process once a decision was made.
