Great Family Dentist Dr. Keith Baines has been our family dentist for many, many years. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Our 3 & 8-year old kids get really excited when the postcard announcing "it's check up time" arrives in the mail from his office. Dr. Keith is great with children. He is great w/ adults, too. Great Family Dentist I visited Baines Family Dental today and had a Great experience with my 11 year old daughter. She was seen very promptly, had no pain, and said that Dr. Marshall was very nice. I highly recommend him to get your dental work done. I loved it so much I made an appointment for my 3 boys as well for check ups next month.  Â
AWESOME, CARING DENTAL PRACTICE! This is an amazing dentist practice in the Heights. Very intelligent, friendly staff that actually communicates with the patients and listens. They gave me the straight dope about my questions without trying to force me into unnecessary treatments and without talking down to me. My fiance lives in NYC and actually changed from her well-respected NYC dentist to this practice because they are so great. The receptionist even drew with my daughter while I was getting checked up!!
Friendly place I've been to this dentist on more than one occasion and I think it was a nice place to go. I did have difficulty making appointments, but it was well worth it.
Very Caring Everyone in this office is very caring and always make sure your needs are being met. I appreciate the idea of receiving a text reminder for my appointment.
Experts and Caring I am always treated like a family member here. Everything is explained. The staff are all friendly, everyone gets along with and I've never had any problems after my treatments. Its clear that they care and the doctors are experts.
