I needed to consult with Putnam Consulting to help me understand if the issues that I found after a roof installation were reasonable for me to follow up with the roof contractor I hired. As I am not subject matter expert on roofs, I hired Putnam Consulting to inspect my roof and provide unbiased feedback on the state of the roof. I was in a challenging situation with a roof leak beyond the warranty of a new house & the builder denying any responsibility. Putnam Consulting/Don Putnam was recommended to me & was great from the beginning. Very transparent on the process and what fees to expect. Extremely knowledgeable & communication was excellent. Will strongly recommend to anyone. Putnam Consulting performed an inspection and water testing and was able to locate the source of the leak and prove it was due to incorrectly installed materials.
