To Tooshi and their fake post – I am one of the artists at Pussycat Tattoo since 2003. I myself have been tattooing since 1995. First, there is no way we had you wait for hours. bad people,rude, cons, – These guys had me wait in there lobby for hours ,could not draw my tattoo up and also over heard them talking bad about another shop saying she was under the influence of something to the girls who went in there it was a anger possey to hurt the other tattoo shop and they said, not to get a tattoo there. Cool and calming – Excellent place to go. Very clean and with all the artists there, the vibe was easy. Based on two recommendations from co-workers who had went to Gene and Erick, I went in armed with my idea on paper and left with an appointment set. Even though this was my second, I was extremely nervous (understatement) as my memory of the first was of pain and slight disappointment in the color. Best service ever!! Even better tattoo's!!!!!!!!!! – I just went to pussycat for my first tattoo, and I am sooooo very impressed!!!! I LOVE it! I was super nervous but everyone was so nice they put me at ease. I almost passed out during the process and Erick was so awsome! He stopped and took a break, gave me some water, candy, and put a fan on me, he made sure I was ready before he started again. Gene is amazing at PussyCat Tattoo – I went in on June 22 for my second tat its been oh about 6-7yrs . I gave a drawing to Gene he shrunk it along with the kanji , I told Gene that I was very nervous , By the time we were ready for the ink , he made me feel pretty comfortable . I wish my first tat was of the same quality as my 2nd tat. With the job and the quality that Gene did on my tat I wish he had done my first tat as well. I would have NEVER gone to another shop.!!! To Confussed 1 – Confused is with 1 s not 2. I am a stickler for spelling, sorry. Too bad you had an unsuccessful tattoo experience at another shop, but I really don't understand why you would write about them on our citysearch site. Direct comments about your dissatisfaction to their site and/or the people responsible at that other shop. upset reviewers – i have been going to pussycat and gene for a couple years now and have had nothing but good experiences. everybody there is cordial and professional, i don`t understand these horrible reviews. i go by the shop every couple weeks and have never seen anything of the sort. it sounds like the people leaving these comments are more than likely friends of the two chicks shop. i have seen pictures of a number of misspelled and awful portraits done by that two chicks shop, by willow inparticular. i have not been th... read more
