I made an online appointment and paid my deposit. Took an uber to the location and they were closed. I called several times and texted with no response. The website still allows you to make appointments when clearly they are closed. Update: I got in touch with the owner, he apologized as there was an illness causing them to close that day and he quickly refunded my deposit. I appreciated the quick response and refund.
