If I could 0 stars..almost a year and still hasn't send us our deposit back. He’s always traveling and can’t return a call back. Gave us no explanation as to why he didn’t want to renew contract, but as soon as we moved out, he already had tenants moving in. Till this day I’m still waiting for a call back.
Robert has been the best landlord I have ever rented from! We had an issue with our AC once, and Robert had a new one installed within hours. I would absolutely work with him again!
Hes a scamer when you are renting he will contact you saying you didn't pay payments when you did and he also doesn't give deposits back even tho the house dirty af we had to clean it when we moved in and we left it nicer then it was before
Robert and Eddie are the best people to work with.
I don’t understand the low rating that appears on Pursell Reality, since it seems to be from one single family’s upset of a transaction the family did not properly execute. I have never had any reason of distrust or question of the integrity of Robert or any of his associates . They have been pleasant, professional, and accurate. I have recommended them to all friends and acquaintances who were seeking realtors. I highly recommend them.
