Their "favor" ruined my transmission - Now they deny it – Went in to get an oil change on my Civic. Technician was very personable and cool. He recommended a different weight of oil based on car mileage rather than the Honda spec. He completed the oil change and went about other checks for upsells (trans fluid, filters, etc). He observed my trans fluid was low and commented on it. I didn't have time for flush & fill, so I said I'd bring it back in. He offered to just top it off in the interim. George - The Shop Manager – I will never go back to have any service at this place. George, the store manager, is rude, uses profanity in front of customers and tries get you to service things to your car that you dont need. Hw will try to intimidate customers. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. He claims to be Armenian and that his brother is the owner. He must have had this response ready. Stay away from here. Choose another location.
