Beware! I went here for a few years. The last two times I went there they didn't put any new oil in my car. Harry the owner supposedly gave me a $10 discount without their coupon in the mail. But my bill still came up to $45!!! I drive a regular sedan car, so that didn't make any sense to me. He lied to right to my face and thought he could get away with it! Harry is a total FRAUD. DON'T believe any advice he gives you until you confirm it with a real professional auto shop. I initially came here for their cheap oil changes, but I ended up getting more for what I bargained for. I may have saved a few dollars on my oil change but in the expense for terrible customer service provided by the owner Harry. Stay away from these people. I only go for oil change since it is close, the pushy owner Harry says how come you don't get any repairs done here anymore(I had given business worth $1300 once before!!!), I told him I have friend who gets it done faster and cheaper for me. I come here for oil changes and every now and then they show me things that need to be changed or fixed. I appreciate that they show me what is wrong and show me how its suppose to look, instead of just telling me I need it done. It makes me feel like they're being honest and not just trying to take my money. I also like that you can go to the mall while you wait and the oil change is only about $20.
I had an excellent experience at Purrfect Auto. I thought their prices were fair and they didn't try to sell me on a bunch of services that I didn't need. The staff was friendly and took really good care of me and my car. This is definitely my new go-to place for my car.
My whole family and I have been coming to Purrfect Auto for years. We love coming here because everyone is friendly and they always keep us up to date with all our cars needs. I would recommend them to anyone that wants fast and reliable service for their cars.
