Harry is so impolite and sexist. I came here for a tire rotation with a coupon and then he opted me to have my timing belt changed. I told him I didnt have enough money at the moment, then he gave me this whole speech about how I am a FEMALE AND I DONT KNOW ANYTHING. SO insulted. How can you possible treat customers like this? By the way Harry, I'm making sure to tell my entire Arcadia Network how much of a FRAUD you are. It will never stop. I hope your business closes down.

The owner Harry is terrible at communicating with customers. I only wanted an oil change but he wouldn't stop talking and trying to convince me to buy into one of their services. I did not want to spend $300 for a fluid flush service and new car belts! This is Christmas season! I would rather spend my money on gifts! Plus I did not need any of the services he tried to push on me because I went to 3 other auto shops to double check my car! I wanted to convenience of a routine oil change and the ability of walking around the mall. No waiting in a stinky mechanic waiting room, 2 birds and 1 stone right? Dream on my friends. The owner tried to upsell every service posssible. I was prepared thanks to other reviewers comments and thus no, no, no to all.
