Character flaws and nonsense abound at this weird little scam repair shop. Yelp and Google reviews report that the mechanics have been stealing cash and valuables from customer cars. A little weirdo named Stephany Zeng allows John to practice learning on cars. Do not trust these untrained idiots.

Terrible service, terrible horrible customer service, scamming and caniving people with no integrity. They took my money for an engine repair, didn't even touch my engine and told me I would have to pay double what they promised to do the work for. When I told them I couldn't pay that and asked for my money back for the repairs they never did they wouldn't return my money!!! I am still fighting for it this very day. Went to visit a friend at the mall and saw this spot. I was in desperate need of getting an oil/filter change and when we decided to go watch a movie, I figured why not get all the work done while we were inside. Saw the yelp reviews, so I was a little hesitant- but the price was good, location was convenient and the guy in the front made me feel very comfortable. Went into this place after having my side mirror broken by a biker. I was very upset and frustrated with the situation. Surprisingly, the price was very reasonable and they got the car back to me fast. They also did a great job and I will definitely be coming here again with any future auto problems.

I had tried this place a few years ago and was not satisfied... But I heard there was new ownership so I thought I would give it another try because of the convenient location. I'm glad I did because the new owner was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions honestly (which a lot of shops won't do) and did not try to rip me off. My car was fixed while I shopped in the mall next door - easy and painless. Definitely would come back.

Tried this place out recently and was actually very satisfied! Customer service was great and was done in a timely manner. It was very reasonable and my car was fixed that day. Def. will come back for future services.

BEWARE of these greedy peoples, they are true RIPOFF, I took my vehicle for oil change and that Indian guy asked for several pointless repairs…pls. never bring your vehicle there… I must put ZERO star.

RIP OFF, BEWARE! and here is why! I went in for a simple oil change. I was told my radiator is leaking and needs to be replaced. Don: "Yea see it's leaking", (showing me green radiator fluid leaking from the sides of my radiator with a flash light) "We can change it right now, we have a 90 day same as cash policy" Me: What is that?
