Since Candace signed my parent up a month ago my parent has only had 3 visits in a 2wk period. Then the office manage & Candace both promises someone will be there but to end up them being a no call no show multiple times. This is unacceptable. So will need to now call the medicare case worker to make sure they're not paying this company for services not provided.
