We had a nurse come out to change my brothers wound vac on his foot! The Nurse Jessica that came was very nice but I absolutely no clue how to change a wound vac!!! I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone needing a wound vac change! I called them & told them do not send anyone else because they have NO clue how to change a wound vac!! So disappointing to think you are having a nurse come that has knowledge of what they are doing maybe they are for some stuff but 100% Not any knowledge on changing a wound vac!... read more

As a older nurse with aging parents it’s scary to have to put the care of them into another person, but I need rest as well, so luckily I was referred to Alliance HH by another nurse in the same position after a quick discussion I knew Alliance would do a great job, and they did - I wanted to go on vacation and would be gone a week and didn’t want to take mom out of her home, Alliance came everyday and made her happy, and upon calling her each day that’s all she wanted to talk about was her kind care giver - Thank you Allian... read more
