Strength training style, slow and controlled movements. Holding poses for a good length of time. Light background music was a plus. Red 2.0 is great! Clean, large facility, great locker rooms stocked with essentials.
I LOVE Purple Pedal in Fullerton - great cycle class with state of the art equipment and the highest caliber of instructors. I have had four instructors all of which are passionate, fun, committed and professional. Favorites so far are JT and Allison. Very different yet complimentary styles, both will have you working hard, having fun while creating a remarkable experience.
