I’ve been going to Purple Vine Dental for a while and honestly never had any issues before this, which is why I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience. I work in healthcare as a PA, so I’m fairly familiar with insurance and how these things usually work. I needed a few fillings and was told my copay would be a few hundred dollars. I’ve been going to purple vine for a bit over a year now and have never been disappointed. I got my Invisalign treatment with them and I’m really happy with the results. The staff is super kind and explained the whole process to me. Always super informative when answering my questions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist.
Had a dental emergency on Thursday due to having a very bad tooth ache and Purple Vine Dental took me in the next day at 6am ! Which is great for me & my work schedule , I was happy with Dr Lee and I loved her Assistant Briana she was very helpful and answered all my questions very polite and during treatment always asking if I was doing okay thank you for that :) Briana , front office and care coordinator were great as well , will be going in soon and will be recommending to family & friends
I found this office through Yelp, and I’m so glad I did. I first brought my mom here a few years ago for a routine checkup and some dental work. After her visit, she kept telling me how gentle and kind the dentist was, which made such a lasting impression on her. We came back today for more treatment, and because my mom is in the early stages of dementia, I was worried she might feel anxious.
