Was initially skeptical because this is a home services repair company not an HVAC repair company. Explained that it was just the capacitor that needed replacement. Company verified that they had a technician who could perform the repair. Technician did not have any parts on truck and had to purchase the part. Was a little concerned because tech was not certain where to purchase part and this took longer than expected. Too expensive and will not use service again though work was well done.
Courteous and professional
Although, initially I gave Purple Plier a decent rating, but in the end they did not fulfill the terms of their contract with me. They took my $ and then did not complete the work which they promised me. I had to resolve the issue by filing a complaint with American Express who took over dealing with this company. I won and I was reimbursed for the $ I paid to them. I would never recommend this company.
Not very good communication between office and installer. I told them I did not have the clips to please bring clips. This was not relayed to the installer. Installer asked me how to hook up the electrical - that is why I hired someone. Did not install one set of lights, really should have doubled up the lights like he did in some areas with the extra lights. I will be surprised if I get the uninstall without additional cost as the installer charged me for 1 hours work and when I asked him about the take down he said to call... read more
There was great communication over the phone and in person to explain the work to be done and we were able to be helped very quickly. The pricing was not over priced.
