We haven't been here in awhile and I'm so glad we decided to return! It was amazing...we had their brisket with potato salad and pinto beans. Oh and when you come out be sure to try their Pecan Cobbler...it's awesome!! We are so excited they are opening one in Tyler! We will defiantly be coming back!
Went some place else, they were closed, again, so we stopped here at The Purple Pig Cafe. WHAT A GREAT FIND! WONDERFUL FOOD! EXCELLENT WAITRESS! She was the only server and was working it! AGAIN, EXCELLENT WAITRESS and FABULOUS FOOD! We loved it and will be back! We had fried catfish, the brisket and pork ribs. They came with 2 sides Bill got 2 orders of Mac n Cheese, and I had pinto beans and corn bread. Wish I'd take pictures!
Awesome food services and welcomed us in with open arms as we brought in 30 bikes for a poker run stop. And the food was coming right out drinks were coming out best service to a group of 30 I've ever seen.
I've been there a few times. The food is OK but the service is terrible. The workers are slow and not very courteous. Tonight the employee at the drive thru was friendly but I don't know if the food was any good because I couldn't eat it because they didn't give me utensils. When I called to let them know they were rude and said they don't provide them unless you ask. Never been to restaurant that didn't provide utensils for to go orders especially in a drive thru. We want to take a minute to say thank you to the Purple Pig Cafe for having Singer Songwriter Hula Haze in your venue to perform for your customers.
