I called April 21st looking for a specific product. The person I spoke with seemed to be really helpful by offering to order the product in and that it would arrive in about 2 weeks. She took my name and number and said she would call when it arrived. 2 weeks went by without hearing anything back. When I called on May 5th to follow up, I spoke with a different person and he said the product was not in and it did not look like it was ordered.
