Smelled alcohol on one of the worker's breath. They set up a dehumidifier and several fans. Found out later from insurance adjuster that they should have only set up dehumidifier. That fans spread the mold spores. And what's worse - they brought in German cockroaches with their machines! Lived here 10 years, have never seen a single German cockroach.
