So far very greatful for Lonnie and his crew we had our insurance send PuroClean out to us in a very short time after we discovered our basement had flooded. They were quick at investigating the situation and starting to rip the floor up and move stuff. They set up a some fans/humidifier. So greatful for the quick response especially being a weekend and night time, and they all were friendly and had great attitudes.
Thank you to Jay, Micheal and his team for all there work and quick response after our call. Special shoutout to Micheal for his curtious and detailed information for keeping us in the loop! There quick and wonderful service made our first claim very bearable!
