Really happy with the work done at my home after a water leak caused some damage. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. Communication was top-notch and the room looks better than before. Based on this experience, I would happily recommend them.
Michael did the restoration work in our basement after a small flood over Christmas. He was incredibly friendly, worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner, professional, great communication and completed the job to my expectations. He went above and beyond and even put my sons new bed together and set it up so it was one less things for me to worry about. I’m absolutely thrilled with the work he did and I’d welcome him in my home again.
After a nightmare Airbnb hosting experience, the hydroxyl treatment that Josh and the PuroClean team provided did an amazing job of removing the lingering stench of cigarettes which two days of open windows did not.
PuroClean staff have handled our water damage situation with professionalism and timeliness. John has been fantastic to keep me in the loop of next steps. Skylar and Adam were wonderful at coming within the next 2 hours to set up fans and dehumidifiers to clean up.
