When the rains came and flooded my enclosed porch, I didn't know what to do. Were my carpets ruined? What about the cabinets? How would I know my family would be safe from mold even after everything dried out? Frank personally came to my home to assess the extent of the damage. Air movers were brought in and other tests were done. Because I called Puroclean right away, I was able to keep my carpet, the cabinets were saved, and my family safe from mold.
We had a long term tenant in our Culver City apartment property who was also a long term cat lady and a long term smoker! When she moved out, the pet odor and cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. PuroClean came in with special equipment and treatments to completely remove the odors. The unit was smelling fresh and ready to rent in no time!
We had a sewer backup in our downstairs shower that flooded the whole bathroom and into the hallway. PuroClean was there right away and cleaned up the mess and used some special treatments to get rid of the awful smell. They also gave us some options and worked quickly to get our house back to normal. Very recommended! 5 stars
