Mitchell was excellent and always prompt, attentive to ensuring the issue was resolved and thoughtful in understanding the situation.
Michel did a great job drying out our house and then having to coordinate with another company for asbestos abatement too. He was experienced and doubled checked everything. We are confident with the work PuroClean did.
I had water damage from neigbor above which affected two closet areas and a bathroom. Puro Clean did an excellent job. Michel did all the mitigation work by himself and was amazing. Very nice, punctual and clear in communication throughout the process. Sebastian in the office was excellent in coordinating the project and am still dealing with my insurance company adjuster on some issues that Sebastian has been on top of. You will be happy with their work.

Puroclean always saves the day, they are all such a pleasure to work with. From the moment they arrive they explain the situation and the best way to tackle the problem. We had a drain pipe burst in an office and they came in and got to work right away. I don’t have to be asking for updates, they stay on top of it. I will continue to use their services.
