On Aug 9-10 SE Wisconsin received 9-15 inches of rain!!!! The basement of the building that I work in had 5 feet of backed up drain water. The PuroClean crew of Frank, Justin, Daniel and Marcelo were on sit by 5pm on Aug 11th. They got to work assessing the damage and what they would need to do to get things cleaned up. Frankie from Puroclean was incredible to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He orchestrated the drying out of our extremely wet ceiling in an efficient and careful way. He was understanding and sensitive to keep the house intact and clean throughout his work. A true rolemodel in customer service! I hope that Puroclean hires many other employees just like Frankie!
