This is my second time using Puro Clean for my house. One time when I first moved in where the company came in to do an evaluation of the home as we suspected the previous owners had covered up some moisture in our kitchen with paint. Thankfully, we didn't have any true issues back then to work through. If I could give Thomas 6 stars I would. No one likes to feel like they could have issues going on with their house dealing with water damage but I don't think I can refer anyone more thorough than him. He told me his very honest opinion about what was going on with our laundry room ceiling in a way that made it easy to understand the risks involved as well as his plans on how to resolve the issue short and long term.
