Never again. This is the worst body shop I’ve ever used. Office staff was rude especially after everything in my vehicle was stolen while in their “closed lot because their tow driver didn’t lock my car. When I got into my car when it was finished there was dirt all over the inside on the wrecked side. Car rides like a tank now. They didn’t even offer to help pay for the $700 worth of items stolen out of my car. I would have thought the owner could have said something to me about the horrible experience I had there. �
After getting rear ended my car sounded like it was going to blow up the second I started driving it. I called Purnell Body Shop and asked for a tow. The tow truck driver was so nice and reassuring. After speaking with the office staff they said my car would be finished in about a week, turns out it was done it 4 days. It looked brand new all over again & no longer sounded like it was going to blow up. All of the employees were so friendly. I would highly recommend them to everyone !
I am extremely pleased with the integrity, professionalism, and care that the entire staff showed me while my car was being repaired. I highly recommend this facility for your car's body work!

Purnell has been taking care of our family cars as well as my fleet of trucks. They are the BEST! Chris does an Awesome job getting things done in a hurry and handling the insurance as well. I have never been dissatisfied, They always go above and beyond. I could keep going but I think you have the idea. So if you want a cheep job where corners are cut and things fail after you pick up your car GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Purnell is all about TRUE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. These are the guys I trust. Thank you Purnell for everything.

You cannot go wrong with this company! Had to have car repaired twice and both times excellent service and staff. I highly recommend them.
