Purnell stayed in CONSTANT contact with us the entire time our car was in the shop. Ford was taking its time sending parts, they worked with us in all aspects. Ashely is a model employee and is amazing with customer service. Will def use you again, (hopefully we don’t need to lol)

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Purnell's. Martin is a very honest, caring and knowledgeable person who keep us updated during the entire process. Martin truly cares about the customer and is always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have!! Martin truly loves his job and what he is doing; Purnell's is very lucky to have a person like Martin working for them!! I highly recommend Purnell's to any of my family and friends!!! They get the work done in a timely manner!!
