I am beyond pleased with the repairs Purnells Body Shop has done to my Grand Cherokee!! Not from Maryland but we have moved here now. y wife has an accident about 3 yrs ago. The folks at tis shop made me a stranger feel very comfortable. So it was a no brainer no matter what to have the repairs done at this shop. I passed 3 or 4 repair/body shops on my way to Purnell's but I trust them.
Purnell was able to get my car scheduled very quickly for body repair work and even finished earlier than expected. My car looks good as new! They washed it and it was so clean on the inside too! My use of rental car with Enterprise was coordinated seamlessly with Purnell. I have used Purnell Body shop in the past, and will definitely refer them to family and friends. Hopefully I won't need them again. Thanks Purnell!
