Great crew and service!
Dan replaced our pool’s control panel through our home warranty. When they rejected the panel replacement he worked with them on naming the parts that were covered to get us a credit towards the new panel. He could have walked away but he was diligent and professional. I was so grateful. He and his crew came and replaced it in an afternoon, showed us how it worked and programmed it for us. Great customer service. Would refer him to any clients looking for reliable pool service.
I have watched Dan build his company from the ground up. He is fair, hardworking and honest. If you want great work cheap, you got to pick one or the other. You can’t have both. Through all the years that Dan has had his company, I have seen him go the extra mile with his clients. I had the privilege of working with Purefection one summer and saw first hand his passion to do the job right and fair. Just wanted to tell the truth about this company and the man behind it.
I called Dan out to diagnose some pump issues I was having. He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered me a fair price. He was friendly, professional, and solved my problem quickly. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing pool services or repair. Now my pool is blue again! Thanks Dann
