Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The office manager was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me during a phone call instead of trying to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, after I canceled my service, the technician left my gate key hanging in the lock for anyone to take, leaving my property unsecured. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. My pool would be greener if I didn't shock and scrub it myself. The owner called prior because the job wasn't being done properly and tried to defend his technician. It's literally 5 minutes worth of work to scrub algae and drop some tablets. The pictures speak for themselves.

Dan replaced our pool’s control panel through our home warranty. When they rejected the panel replacement he worked with them on naming the parts that were covered to get us a credit towards the new panel. He could have walked away but he was diligent and professional. I was so grateful. He and his crew came and replaced it in an afternoon, showed us how it worked and programmed it for us. Great customer service. Would refer him to any clients looking for reliable pool service.
