The staff is always so friendly and I have never had to wait longer than 5mins to be seen.
Worst first impression ever! After checking in and sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, I got a text to fill out about 30 minutes worth of paperwork. I finally got through all of it and get called back about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be told my copay is $50. Why on earth would my copay be the same amount as a visit without insurance at my chiropractor that I've been seeing for years?
