The staff is always so friendly and I have never had to wait longer than 5mins to be seen.
Worst first impression ever! After checking in and sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, I got a text to fill out about 30 minutes worth of paperwork. I finally got through all of it and get called back about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be told my copay is $50. Why on earth would my copay be the same amount as a visit without insurance at my chiropractor that I've been seeing for years? Started physical therapy today after an accident I had weeks ago. I was nervous and still but the therapist eased me into it. When I was uncomfortable she made adjustments and made me feel at ease. Best provider I have been to in a long time from the front desk to the providers and back. EXCELLENT customer service and bedside manner. Easy to understand instructions and care plan. 10/10. Definitely recommend
It was a good experience The doctor was very friendly. The counter Personnel are very friendly and kind.
The staff was great. The doctor did an awesome job explaining everything to me. It was very different than what I expected. I was completely satisfied with everything.
