I usually dread going to a doctor’s office but not that case here. The entire staff is super friendly and courteous. Dr. Roxanne is very professional and the entire staff shows genuine concern for my needs. I highly recommend Pure Wellness they get 5 stars all the way from me …tysm!

Edited- I spoke with someone at the practice and they were very apologetic. It seems Google is just very confusing and the north Myrtle location is just listed under pure aesthetics. We have rescheduled and I will update after the appointment. We had to wait weeks for my daughter’s appointment and when I got To the Murrells Inlet office, I was told that she didn’t have an appointment there and that it was in North Myrtle Beach, But when I made the appointment, they never mentioned that it was in North Myrtle Beach and nothin... read more

The best care! Roxanne and the staff are awesome. She takes the time to go over everything, including updates from my specialists, and never makes me feel rushed. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the level of attention we receive here.

I absolutely love seeing Roxanne and her staff they are all wonderful and easy to talk to and work with as being mine and my sister who suffers from several medical issues and I love the way she hears what say about either one of us and is always there to answer any concerns or questions

I have been seeing Roxanne for almost 8 years now, along with my wife. She is so professional and stands alone with her bedside manner. She is easy to talk to and makes medical decisions based on you the patient, not what the profession pushes. Office and staff are 5 star. The office is clean and comforting. Appointments are easy to make getting the care you need. I wouldn't see anyone else.
