My wife and I have been under Pure Wellness by Medicos and Roxanne Altman's care in 2025. She is very caring and knowledgeable. Her approach to treatment involves conventional and functional medicine. She asks great questions and listens. She seeks to treat the whole person in the manner which that person desires to be treated. She has a sense of humor and humility that puts patients like us at ease. Absolutely wonderful experience every time I visit this office. Roxanne and the entire team goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. The wait times are short, and I appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments. I always leave feeling confident in my care. I can’t say enough good things about this medical office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Roxanne truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. It’s refreshing to find a healthcare provider that values both quality care and excellent service. Roxanne is the most caring physician I have had in years. She listens without making you feel rushed and she's very knowledgeable and compassionate. She is very engaged and eager to find solutions to your health needs. Her assistant Amy is awesome...she is equally caring and very helpful as well as her front desk staff. The office is very nice with a calming and welcoming atmosphere. I'm very thankful for her and her practice. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family physician.
