John was great. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and just plain honest. The work was done exactly when estimated, and I will definitely hire him to do my next bathroom.
One is lack of communication but we did tried to talk by writing he did well and my first hired man for not bad. He was doing good job to install bath shower and tub.

Communication was a bit challenging as the homeowner is deaf. We managed through e-mail and writing questions and responses on paper while at the job. We removed an existing 1 piece tub & shower unit and replaced it with a 3 piece tub and shower wall unit. The job went smooth and it looks great.
Pure Water Plumbing installed a new Water Heater and Re-Piped a Manufactured Home. The Job went smooth. Pure Water Plumbing is very professional. The Expertise and knowledge provided was very helpful, and easy to work with. I Highly Recommend for any plumbing job.
I had a leak I could hear inside a barthroom wall. I explained the emergeny and John was here less than two hours after I called him. He got into the wall and fixed the leak, which was a broken PEX fitting. His rate was very reasonable, and this was on a Saturday. Don't waste your time calling anybody else but John at Pure Water Plulmbing.
Very professional and fast. Their prices were better then everyone else too.

This was a whole house repipe, the existing plumbing had several leaks. We repiped all the water lines with PEXS. Job was completed in one day
