John was great to work with. Not only did he replace my water heater but also checked to make sure I didn't have any other plumbing needs. John even replaced a bad faucet head at no extra charge. He was prompt, professional and courteous.

John was very pleasant to deal with. He fixed my two faucets quickly. His quote was less than anyone else' and when he ran into problems with my old pipes and had to do extra work I expected the price to go up. He charged me exactly what he quoted even though the job was more involved and required more materials. Very happy with my experience!
John actually checked out the water heater and found that it was in need of a new bottom element he fixed it quickly and explained exactly what he was doing and showed me the part he was replacing. John was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly and respectful. I appreciated that he arrived early.....he said between 8-9 am and was here a few minutes after 8.... Thank you John !!
