Was fast and very professional. I can't rate the work quality as I have not seen it yet. But I am sure its first rate.
John called me, was up front about his work load which I appreciated. He was right on time with the parts I needed. I'll have him do more work for us as I feel he's got a lot of experience and straight work ethic. Price was right.

John contacted me almost immediately after I was on the Home-Advisor website. I explained my problem and we set up a date and time for him to come over. He called prior to his arrival and was very prompt. After removing the faucets he found my problem. He was able to repair my problem at minimal cost! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and works quickly. His card is now in my rolodex.
We wanted a new SS sink and faucet in the Kitchen and I have been happy with hiring someone thru Home Advisor in the past. H. A. referred Pure Water. I spoke with John and decided to go ahead and recruit him for the project. He was on time, had it all figured out and had it done, cleaned up and was on his way out in no time. Very nice installation and works perfect. Very fair cost as well. Thank you!

Not only did we have them install our new water heater, we've had toilets done, faucets replaced, water softener installed and more. Was always able to get ahold of John to discuss the new equipment post install.
John kept in contact with me before he got to my house so I would know exactly when he would arrive. He was very nice, came in did the job quickly and was gone. Very happy with the service!
#1 issue with most contractors I found in this area is their lack of communication with you the customer, especially if they tell you they are coming out at such and such time and never call you to let you know they are running behind. It happens, on most jobs that you run into other problems and that is very understandable but you still must have the COMMON COURTESY to let your customer know you are running late.
